Same view from last night

Sent from the woods or the beach or usually just at work

Some from this morning the wife and I went out before the kids woke up and had some fun out playing together. A nice reminder of life before the children and a good reason for a cup of French Blend together.

Lexus: crushed hood into motor, busted $600 headlight, side marker, drivers mirror glass, and power antenna
Equinox: Drivers mirror, dent in door, small scratches

But all in all we're good thumb.gif

We have trees dropping all over the property and thank God nothing has fallen on our vehicle's or home. Fence line is trashed but were not keeping stock or horses so were good to go there.

Metal can be rebuilt or replaced human lives cant, trust me I know.

We had about 6 inches this morning but it is melting fast. Did get to have a little fun though.

Got an old Ford hood and headed out.

Pulled it around a field a few times.

No power at my house for 20+ hrs. It's getting chilly. We have an army of power company workers around town, but still 160k in my area with no power. 2 of my employees have been out since around 9am yesterday. Lots of trees falling on lines, and lots of exploding transformers.

There's no thread on it. Its all standard old school YJ setup; front HP60 & waggy springs, 14 bolt & stretches Cherokee rears. 39.5 TSLs
I've been beating on this Jeep in various forms for 19 years

Long term wheelers are the best you know how they handle and what they will handle without a doubt.

Here's hoping the army of power trucks get to me soon cause it's cold up in here. Power went out at 4 this morning but house stayed around 60 till tonight and it's about 55 now. Guess I'll be doing some snuggling tonight. To make things worse they have power 3-4 houses down.

A buddy of mine and there crew left east Tx yesterday in about 5 bucket trucks headed to Virginia but about Memphis they got diverted to Georgia. Good luck to you guys.

Its thawing out today because its Valentines Day and Southern Girls are hot...... Hope we all get some today and those without utilities get them turned back on.

After sitting for a few months, I got my son's buggy out to play in the snow. He rode it about 30 minutes before smashing it into a tree again. Ripped the lower control arm loose from the frame this time........ :gtfo:

Thought did cross my mind. I brought a generator home from work and wife called around 4:30 and it's back on so didn't even need it. I'm loving the heat now too.
