Rousey is a great fighter but she took this way to lightly , she wasn't even in this fight she was all over the place wreck less and sloppy, congrats to Holmes she stuck to her game plan and just outfought rousey in every way , I'm a rousey fan but was disappointed at her sportsmanship or lack of prefight... She had it coming , now to see if she can bounce back... She was out cold from the knock out and never came back for comment ... Sore loser or actually got her bell rang

I think she was 100% in this fight. I just think she was 100% outgunned this time. Bitch got her ass heat from the word go.

The bad thing is she is not a great fighter, and I honestly mean that, she rushes in shoulders squared just randomly throwing punches so she can grab you and either rough you up close or throw them to the ground to try and arm bar them.Now I will admit she is the best grappler in the womans division but I am so tired of them saying pound for pound greatest ever, that is absolute bullshit. She will rematch her and the same thing will happen again if she doesn't learn a plan B. She never even tried to change her game plan at all the whole fight, once she seen she wasn't going to be able to do her normal plan A, something should of changed. Holly did exactly what needed to be done against her, keep her outside and punch her in the face every time she ran straight in, Hell Rhonda basically beat her own face in if you really look at it. All it takes to beat anyone like her or Anderson when they have such a big head is throw someone in there that is not afraid to fight them, look at Anderson's Chael fight, Brock's Shane Carwin fight, or the fight last night, I freakin love it when that stuff goes down, just wish I was a betting person and had some dough on it.

Holmes appears to be a great champ and sport, preachers daughter with decent morals, I have no issue with her being champ it's good for the sport ! She earned that belt and looked like a true athlete doing it

I don't know much about her, but came across as super sweet during the post fight interview when they asked her about her and her coaches conversation after the fight, she couldn't even put any words together. I thought that was pretty awesome for her to be that understanding of what just happened for her.

I am a Rousey fan, but she can not box. Even though this is MMA you still have to box. She has won her previous fits by rushing in, taking a punch, and grappling. Holmes can box. Rousey never could overcome those punches. If you can't box, think of something else. She looked like she was swatting at flies.
You have to give Rousey credit, in her previous fights, have you ever seen anybody come up with so many ways to win by arm bar?

No doubt about it she has the arm bar on lock, UNTIL last night, I bet when she had her down and missed it she though holy f!!k what do I do now.

I just watched the whole fight, and I can't believe no one is saying anything about her blatantly hitting Holly after the bell rang to end the first round. Dana should be all over that making sure that doesn't happen again.

I'd say Holly can defend herself on that issue. ;D:8)

I'm a Rousey fan....as in I like how she kicks butt...but would not be a friend.

This Holly person seems like the best of all worlds, a better representative of the sport.
