I'm talking about Dirty South down home grillin recipes that make you wanna slap yo momma and make you proud to stretch your belt out another notch. Last year at AOP, momma Bacon (and poppa Bacon) hunted me down and fed me some of the best wild hog I've ever had, followed by Donald Powells Ribeye steaks the next night. Last years RBD was off the charts. Between bbones trailer full of pork, the damn Cajuns gumbo cooked on a sewer pipe, gizmos smoked meats and everybody else's creations, I am now a life member to Weight Watchers. Thank you very much!!

We have all experienced this at one time or another, and I want to see YOUR GRILL.

Awesome, that's what I'm talking about. I've got to get me a smoker and figure out how ya'll cook them up.

I know you said butt, I'm bad at getting pics before I eat it. Here's some chicken I did on the UDS a whole back.

14lb brisket smoked for 18 hours, foil wrapped then brought to 210 internal, wrapped in a towel and laid in a Yeti for 8 hours.



24 hours of time into the homemade baked beans as well.

As far as I am concerned, you could post up pics of grilled bacon wrapped Brussel sprouts dipped in chocolate sauce with little rainbow sprinkles, as long as it was cooked over a flame, all good.
