Hahaha, x2, :****: that would be an awesome rig today much less then

I figured it would be in the Smithsonian by now. thumb.gif

Here's fun fact; With "Ice cream fridge", weight 8600 pounds, without 5100 pounds. :rolf: :****:

I remember seeing this jeep but was there purple two seat buggy after it? It had a diamond plate tool box in the rear that was the wedge shape just like the rear of the buggy. I was following someone through grey rock canyon long time ago they went the harder line to the left around the big rock and flopped over, was that you?

So what is the deal with it? was it one of those ahead of its time type rigs or just a rig that was seen a lot back then and now its just turned up somewhere crazy?

How did that happen right there?????

Well, what happened was .......

Lots of learning. Way too many beers. Flexing the new girl out by climbing the tree. Throttle cable a little short on the build and the sheeth of the cable came out of the holder and pinned the throttle. Turned over and I fell down to the paggenger door as I was a dumbass without a seatbelt. Motor about 5 grand pawing its way to Lay Lake as someone jumped on the side and killed the engine. Roll cage got its first dent by hitting the trailer. Lots of wrong going on, looking back, a very lucky day. That day taught me to always wear my seatbelt.

We need a "The Day A Was A Dumbass" thread!!!!!

That's a old buddy of mine Jamie in the red hat! I was 19 then lol what happened to that buggy?
"that buggy" being his jeep? Pretty sure he took it apart for the 38. We briefly discussed putting my junker cab truck drivetrain back in it and make it a driver to try to make it marketable. Somebody bought the mostly stripped chassis and put it back together I believe.

So the giant purple jeep turned into a purple two seat buggy?

I believe it actually turned into a purple single seater. Then 38 Special came along a while later then the single seat WOD buggy.
