project dirt dobber

So I got some stuff for the next phase.
3 link front.
Suck down rear winch
Build front hp and rear v6 diffs with new(410) gears and spools
Move drivetrain back 3.5 in
Build new front tube work with new hood
Turbo
Redo my sway bar mount farther out to keep deflection down
. so far I started on front housing, building spare diff to throw in the back. Got my 3 link kit from barnes4wd, Karate Josh got me a suck down winch,

Buggy is under the reciprocating knife.
Radiator is gone and looking for a smaller ( the one I have is for a drag car) one for the rear. Pulled the fan off and now on to cutting the rest of the firewall out and adding sheet to make my own panels

Been busy over the holidays getting my plasma table up and going. Trying to get it going to help with the buggy. It will certainly help with quality. I have gotten my seats and most of everything, now just to build the front end.

What plasma table do you have?

I have a plasma cam dhc-2. Hyper therm plasma cutter, I am out cause of knee surgery, but before I was cut on one as able to clean up the shop and get some work done, 3 linking the front was tight. It was a learning experience...like always, rear suck down winch, front tube work, all in all, I'm ready to get back working on it,

Moved my drive train back 7.5" and lowered 1.5"

Just waiting on parts and time to finish firewall and panel the front end. And mount radiator and seats...Oh and I forgot build turbo manifold too. Should be able to knock it out in no time!!!!

I got the turbo manifold made up tonight. Cut out the flange with some 3/8" plate and made a simple tubing maniold, should work fine. Alil at a time I quess, I'm ready to ride,

turbo is pretty much complete. and moving on to front axle and moving to the cab floor, dash trans tunnel

also I picked up a HP diff for the front.

Was able to grab some beadlocks and used toyo stickies, don't know much about them. But I hope they were worth it. Got a great deal on the beadlocks, and started mounting my seats that I got last christmas, ::)
If anyone has info about the toyos, post up,

I have been trying to knock things out at a steady pace, thanks to a lot of friends that come over and help me make decisions and help get it moving along, I'll shut up, here's the pics
