I dont treat that wildcat differant than any of my other rigs. I didnt buy it to cruise around back roads. 5 year extended warrenty drop it off pay em 50 bucks and pick it up later.

First time buying hydraulic hoses(not brake hoses).......****, JIC fittings are EXPENSIVE!!!!

depends on where you get them. Did you do field serviceable or crimp on? Gates? I think I was at like $4.50 for a 3/8 FJX90 last I bought. Gates megacrimp so no extra ferrule to buy, 90* turn female swivel end. I found going to the hydraulic shop and having it made was kind of a rape

Gates hose / crimped ends / bout 3 feet each. One end was a long 90* Went to a local NAPA. Steering hoses from Orbital to ram. I jus told the guy they were for a steering setup and they needed to be bombproof/overkill.

The current one I noticed a couple quarter sized spots on the axle tube and it looks like the hose is "seeping" around the field service fitting at the ram. Not really leaking, I could never get it to drip or spray.

I just got 2 new hoses that go from the orbital to the ram and will be tossing the old ones in the spare part bag on the rig. I noticed it 1/2 way up Rattle Rock, so if it'll finish RR, then it's still decent to use in a pinch(no pun intended).

It's good to know people, my cousin works at a fab shop that builds all kinda cool stuff, he made all my lines for free, saved me a bunch of money
