Up for sale is a Freespirit Hard-shell Roof Top Tent (RTT). Easy open/close and basically a Queen-sized bed. Bed weighs 250 pounds and rack weighs 50 pounds. Tent material is 4-season, rip stop material that is waterproof.

Have the adjustable bed rack for a truck or trailer that makes it simple to load/unload and tie down. The rack can also be adjusted 4'' at a time from the lowest setting (right at cab height) to the highest setting (16'' taller than the lowest setting which would make it like a cab-over). Cost $300 to have it made. As you can see, I had the rack made narrow enough to fit in the wife's Tacoma, which means it will fit in any sized truck. The rack has gussets, which also serve as tie down points, so it is very secure.

Tent dimensions are 57'' wide x 86'' long x 38'' tall at the current/lowest setting. Inside, the tent opens to roughly 3' between the mattress and the ceiling. There are two three-pocket storage bags along each side, as well as a cargo net for additional storage mounted on the ceiling. There are two, zippable ½ moon windows on each end for breezeways, but they can also be covered for privacy/darkness. Also, the tent can be entered from either side via zippable screen doors, that also act as breezeways, but they can also be covered for privacy/darkness.

It has an adjustable aluminum ladder to get in/out of either side and has an annex room that can be used too. The annex room is roughly 7' wide x 7' long x 7' tall. Annex is a way to add a changing area, living room, storage space that also has windows and can be fully zipped for privacy. It also has a thick, zippable cover for just the tent portion, but it cannot be used with the rack.

IF you can find a hard-shell roof top tent like this one in stock, you'd be looking at $2000-ish purchase price plus shipping plus taxes and would need to buy/build a bed/trailer rack. Hardline price is $2,000.00. Will go on the general market next week for $2,500.00.

We've stayed in it about 15-20 nights over the years, but don't see us going back to the RTT anytime soon between the new kiddo and having the enclosed. It has always been stored in the garage or the storage barn, when not in use. Located in Rockvale, TN (37153). Not looking for anything in trade, and easiest way to contact me is via my cell at 931-three nine seven-3319 between the hours of 7am-9pm.
