ok guys i got a problem and its plagued toyotas for years, extreme angle carbs for a 22r, i dont want to do a motor swap, i just need a better carb, any suggestions? ive heard about avengers and flame throwers. how well do they work?

Can't beat a stock toy carb. The main thing needed to be done is to take a small piece of fuel line and use it to reroute the the small float bowl vent in the carb out of the carb. mine just sits coiled up once around in the air cleaner and works great. A MSD igntion helps, lowering the float a bit and pressure regulater all help, but the vent rerouting is the main thing.

In my ftyoy I run the floatbowl venting hose and an msd ignition, haven't needed anything else and the truck will run at any angle. it never stalled on any of these.
