I believe it's a Chevy front end. I o pulled out broken locker and put in a spool, the spool now has a little play in it. I put the shims back on the carrier before the bearing but something still isn't right! (Got a little play). If anyone has any shims that may work please let me know. Trying...

This could be a dumb question - but I am changing my broken locker out of my DANA 60 and putting in a SPOOL. Since i am not changing the gears do i have to adjust the backlash? Thanks for your help! :driving:
