Just to add, the RIGHT side of a sterling 10.5 has the same thread. The left is the same thread but left handed. I prefer the sterling spindle nut or 14 bolt set up over the dana ****.

I measured a long time ago, but I'm pretty sure with full hydro (steering box gone) you could fit a standard 28" aluminum radiator between the "frame rails". You would have to fab up mounts for it, but nothing too difficult.

I've often wondered about leaving the subframe off the bottom and building the link mounts similarly to the way Jesse built his. Might even be able to get the old lower link mounts from Jesse instead of the subframe. It seemed to work well for him for years.......

I've always wanted to run a taco elocker rear with a waggy front in a yj. I think it would be a easy set up that would work well with 35's on a dual purpose jeep.

In my opinion, a rear link suspension is the absolute best thing you can do to a xj. It get rid of all the pressure on the unibody and it rides sooo much better in the woods. Make a day wheeling much more pleasant. My wheeling xj is 4 linked in the rear and I use 3.5" lift rubicon express...
