Pinout to up RPM when AC is on

Need to know what your ECU connector colors are to determine your ecu pin outs. Are you trying to just compensate for the additional load of the compressor being on or idle the motor up like you would for a PTO? Most AC commands in the ECU will just compensate for the additional load of the...

    Salvage 10

I took 7 years to build my buggy. Glad I finished it. While i wish I had gotten it done sooner, I have had a blast with it since I finished it. Keep powering on. You will be glad you did.

New to Automatics in a Crawler

I am not knowledgeable as to the parts that you need to upgrade on the 700r4. Heat is always the biggest killer of auto transmissions beyond a poor set up. 160 to 180 is not bad for that transmission. The RPM range depends on your engine and gearing, it helps align tranny lock up with your...

Trying to get it mostly right the first time: A 5.9 Magnum and 46RE swapped, Tummy Tucked Daily Driven Jeep TJ

Those blue exhaust isolators from summit, suck. I melted them first trip out on my buggy. I bought some Patriot exhaust ones that are supposed to be rated at 300 degrees. Hopefully they work better than the blue ones. I am using a Ford Taurus fan on my rig, i will have to measure the...

Trying to get it mostly right the first time: A 5.9 Magnum and 46RE swapped, Tummy Tucked Daily Driven Jeep TJ

Did I miss you having a doubler in your set up or is the tranny to transfer case adapter really that long?

    Another buggy build

It should be a good little trail rig. 67 Jeepster commando body, 4 link front and rear with coilsprings, similar to a tj set up. TPI 350 turbo 400/241 with ford 60's front and rear. Looking for a set of 37 or 40" tires. Hopefully it takes less time than my buggy did.

    Another buggy build

Nothing to be done about it. Will just have to focus on building my son's rig.

    Another buggy build

At the rate fuel is going up, going to be hard to get many trips in this year that is for sure though.

    Another buggy build

I will be at Chocco March 17th to 20th. Buggy has been good overall. I had to deal with some driveshaft issues where I was getting some binding at full droop in the yokes. 205 had to be rebuilt but that should have been done prior to completing the buggy but I was in a hurry to complete...

    NP205 doubler mounting

I have used 205 mounts from the PTO side and the factory mount location without issue. Drivetrain was all rubber mounted at the time. My current 205 is supported by a ring mount at the rear output.

Comanche Tube Chassis Truggy Thing Build

those engineered connections are great as long as everything is perfect. I have used them in a couple of locations and you are correct in that once the chassis or part gets tweeked then they require a ton of work to remove and reinstall. I say weld them up.

Comanche Tube Chassis Truggy Thing Build

those seats are so retro that I didnt even look at them close. they definitely fit the build and I personally would totally rock them. Cool seats.
