Anyone got info on a 1350 carrier bearing setup for a 2" driveshaft? I've looked at Wideopendesigns and bustedknuckles stuff but they're expensive and a larger than I need. Setup is a rear engine 4.3/th400/3.8 atlas dana44fr and 9"r. Any help would appreciated!

Pretty easy to build, if you have access to a lathe ,I built mine turned down the yokes to fit the bearings turned the Id of the dom .
I also built mine. I had Hudlow Axle in Chattanooga build me a short 32 spline shaft, then did the same with a set of yokes and some DOM on my lathe.
Sealed roller bearings aren't the best for the side loads, but have held up well to my abuse. Tapered wheel bearings would be the best, but would need the ends of the shaft threaded for a nut and washer and the DOM machined for the race.

I used roller bearing , then drilled and tapped the end of the shaft. The bearings are a press fit onto the Yokes then are retained onto the shaft with bolts.
