I noticed the rad hoses in the back are crossed. Is the coolant being fed from the lower connection and running out on the upper?

The lower right frame hose (coolant runs to and from inside frame rails) is return from motor that drops in the top left inlet, then bottom right radiator outlet goes to left frame inlet back to the motor. The fans are controlled through the ECM to tell them when to come on and never gets over 215. I have relocated the transmission cooler to the rear underneath the cooler rack now and the fan is sensor controlled.
