90 yj engine swap .... help

i have a 90 yj with the 2.5 and manual trans. wanting to upgrade. bought a 89 cherokee with 4.0 and auto trans and i plan on swaping engine and trans and transfer. was woundering if nebody could give me hints tips ideas nething i might run into b4 i get to work.

Motor mounts on the frame are in a different location, computer is different and I'm not sure about the wiring, tranny mount is different, prolly hafta make one cuz the Cherokee Didnt use the torque flight 999 like the wrangler autos

What are you going to do with the 4 banger stuff?

get rid of it when im done. dont need it. pretty sure the 2.5 got a bad head gasket. runs good though. and the tranny guy told me was a 5 speed but aint no 5th gear lol. tranfer seems to b good though.
