Anybody in here a Realtor, or married to one?

I'm listing my land for sale. Normally I'd sell it myself but need a realtor to get the MLS listing online. I've looked at the flat fee MLS and they are all shady as crap.

So if I have to pay a realtor, I figured I might as well keep it in the "family" so to speak. All I need is someone to do the listing, and then let me sell my land. They get a small commission, done. It's an easy deal. I've got all the pictures, video, listing text, etc. I just need the visibility online.

Land is in Shelby County, AL. Chelsea area.

I tried for 3 months to sell a house that was nicer than anything around in a hot market and couldn't do it. Hire a full service realtor, it is worth every penny. Our realtor was worth her commission during the negotiating process. I am not sure the flat fee guys help there I am 6 weeks from closing on both houses....I am ready to get this process over!!!

I'm familiar with doing it. And it's land so it's even easier than a house.

I just need the exposure an MLS listing can provide online through Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.

Small 3 acre lot in a neighborhood in Chelsea. Good for building a house and a shop, but not if you want to be away from everyone.

Michelle Dickey with Brik Realty is a very good realtor for that area.
