Anyone in AL a notary?

I traded a guy from AR for a motorcycle with an AL title. AL owner signed back but no date or notary seal. I have a guy in KY that wants to buy it. I'm not paying taxes/fees to get it In my name. TN doesnt require notarized to get title swapped but KY does. Hoping to find an AL notary I can mail it to and get it notarized so KY buyer can come get it.

Anyone here an AL notary who can hook me up?
