Broken Detroit Locker FRONT DANA 60

Mine broke, replaced it with a spool...

Are these things fixable?

Yes you can buy the individual pieces but why bother?

4 wheel parts warrantied one for us one time, and we have no idea who originally bought it.It was in the front axle under Mike's blue buggy that was riding at GMP with us.

Broke mine and was told replacement parts would run about as much as buying a new one. Got lucky and found a carrier from one that had exploded for $150.

probably shelled the teeth off one of the clutch gears happens when a shock load hits it or unloads under a shock such as snapping an axle tends not to unlock when it breaks last one I replaced was about $150

Didnt know if it was worth trying to fix.

Looks like it will be a nice paperweight for me now
