I'm sure there has been plenty of talk and pics of this but wondering how common it is to see an OG Bobby Longfield break like this. I figured most broke at the bell. Pic are appropriated.
I run 37s btw

From multiple hub flange issues that yotas have?

Shearing flange bolts, studs etc, impact on the splines but then upgrading to hardened studs and hub?

Being "OG" Bobby Longfield shafts, those shafts have seen abuse for what 8+ years? There is no part on the market that won't fatigue over time. Last year I broke a 7 year old 300m CTM in a very similar fashion, I had purchased them new. Just part of the price to play unfortunately.

Yeap seen those fail with hub issues...

Also, good luck unless you have your receipt getting them warrantied by TG.

Never had any hub issues or really any issues at all for that matter, but yes 8 years is a good run for and axle. I can't complain. I will say the one any only spare part for this buggy I have was one OG longfield stub shaft. Yeah I know! What's the odds of that. But it's fixed and going again. And nothing against trail gear but I wouldn't run their replacement axles anyway. I'm more of a 300m rcv kinda guy.
