So Im trying to set up my rear shocks in the inverted V pattern but had a few questions for all you shade tree wheeling geniouses. A little info first, 00 nissan frontier (no jokes please, I want real info Kthxbye) with 60" chevy springs, I have some sweet bilstein 12" shocks Id like to reuse. With out shocks the rear flexes GREAT!..for what I want. Now the Q's.. How much up travel should I shoot for on the shocks? Ive never done this set up before so all the info you can give me is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Do a quick measurement at full compression and full droop. From there you should be able to figure out your shock placement. You will also need to know what the overall length of the shock is compressed and fully extended. That way you can figure out shock placement
