Great read, thanks for the share. Wonder if that same article is available with current data.

I don't think they made it public after the first year.

I had no problem. Open "PDF Maps" Choose +. Choose "From The Web", Enter URL.

Yes sir, took me a while to figure that one out on my phone. Tapatalk let me down. For anyone else, the above method did work flawlessly.

Here is a PDF map of Black Mountain.

It is not georeferenced, (expensive program!!) But, you can upload it to your phone and the PDFMap app reads it.

I tried to upload it here, but it seems it is too large?!

Here is a link to it...

Bringing this back from the dead. I took the pdf from the above link, georeferenced it and created a GPS map for Avenza Maps. I and a few others tested it this weekend while at Harlan. While it is not EXACTLY perfect. It's pretty damn close. To where I never felt even remotely lost on my first trip there as a driver and was able to find my entire group on the first shot whenever we got there. If anyone would like it, I can email them the file. It's free. But beer money, donations, or a new oil pan(thank you Lions Den) are accepted....No handy's.....
