Help on 5 inch bs on a Chevy 60

Has anyone ran the 5 inch bs on a Chevy 60? I'm also curious how far the hub will stick out? My 16x8 steel wheels the hubs barely stuck out. Had plans to lock them but never did.

I ran stock H2s with 39.5 IROKS on my Chevy 60 front. The H2 wheel has about 5.625" of backspacing. The hub didn't stick out past the sidewall or anything, but they did get bashed up a lot more than with the 3" BS wheels I had before. That was with locking hubs. Running a flush flange would gain you almost an inch less stick out in hub length.
