Havnt broken RCV's but I cannot even look at a Super Duty 60 locking hub without it breaking.

I had that problem with 300m rcvs. The yukons seem to be holding strong so far.

I've found in my non-scientific research, if you don't wheel at all, just cruise around the yard from time to time, you don't break anything :****:

Nope.

I have never purchased an rcv. They break because they are machined wrong.

I broke a dana 44 ttb shaft in a LD f250 with 235/85's trying to pull my exwife's head out of her ass

When I called around looking for someone to build me a replacement inner that's what I was told. I went to yukons with super joints and haven't had a problem. 300m rcv I could break on command if the rocks were big enough
