Axle width?
How wide are you guys comfortable running?
Here in the SE.
Leaf spring cab truck, nothing fancy but it works ok for my purposes.
I've got a rear D70HD I'm gathering parts for and it's close to 5" wider than the 60 it'll replace.
73" wms or so…
Just checking myself before I go down a rabbit hole with my time and $…
Thanks guys.

I'm around 91" wide. I love it. Super stable. Very rarely do I find myself cussing my width. Normally it's only when I'm at parks that are overgrown. That kinda blows.

Thanks for the replies.
I should've mentioned, the front is currently 2-3" wider than the rear.
So new rear will be a little wider than the front…
I think I'm gonna roll with it.

Back when rockwells were the rage, Guys were running them hubs out at 79" WMS. Like 105"+ outside tire width.

But many were also running rear steer to help some with that and terrible turning of the rockwell.

I'm 90inches wide on a rockwelled rig. Just like was said before, rear steer helps going through the trails so you don't feel too wide.
If you ever want to have an enclosed trailer, going over 90inches wide will severely limit what trailer you can get. i have seen some that have a 92inch wide door, but they are super hard to find.
