All reds will have a DOT stamp but will say NOT FOR HIGHWAY USE. Plus the tread is more rounded from use than not stickies... and the cracking is usually noticable on a tire with any age or sun exposure

Out of the set of 4 tires 1 had not for highway use on it. The other 3 had a plain ol dot stamp.
All 39s
Seemed weird to me

Heres a pic of the sticky...edges look different compared to the others

What does the date code say?

IIRC, "blue label/non sticky" 39 krawlers were a special run just for Ultimate Adventure or something like that?
35 and 37 blue labels are/were common

I think JohnG had a set of blue label 39s on 38 special at some point? maybe

John had a set of both for 38. He ran the blues when he did UA.

This is one of my 35" DOT Krawlers next to one of my 37" sticky Krawlers. They look similar but the difference in the rubber compound performance and feel is definitely noticeable.

Thanks guys
Im going to pass on them, It was a deal if they were stickys like he had listed them as. Got a guy coming from new Mexico for the kid rig, the tires were going to be part of the trade.
