Call Tim Foss with the Cle Elum Ranger district. He's a pleasure to work with and will be glad to help you out.

We got our permit for TTCW from him and we were in both the Cle Elum and Naches ranger districts. He took care of everything for us.

Being affiliated with the PNW4WDA we got our insurance through them. I'm not exactly sure, but I believe it was $350 for a million dollar policy for the two days of the event.
