Missed my chance to legally kill someone last nite

in bama as of a couple of years ago its legal to protect you property and life with deadly force
madison county has had several instances of someone catching someone breaking in their cars in the yard blasting them and nothing getting said

years ago i was told when i went thru a firearms safety course put on by montgomery pd that if someone broke into my home as long as he wasnt threatening me i could not shoot even if he was carrying my hdtv out. he also said that if someone went into his house he'd shoot first plant later better to judged than buried .

you could always say that you got pissed at the truck and wanted to kill it . didnt know they were trying to steal it .
