Np231 Dana 300 doubler
231 crawl box made by 4x4 machine/DD machine(Duffy)
The np231 has NP241 guts, 6 pinion planetary with 27 spline input.
Dana 300 has 32 spline front and rear outputs
Set up for JB fab triple stick cable shifters. I planned on keeping the cables and shifter but all brackets needed come with.
I have had this for about 10 years, originally had a 23 spline input and was behind a AX15 manual 5 speed which I may still have if interested. A handful of years ago I went to an auto and machined a 3/8" thick clocking ring that makes it possible to bolt to a late model 4l60e along with a 27 spline input. This of course can be removed and bolted up to anything a np231 would normally as well as swapping inputs with other 231/241's just have to be careful what year for gear pitch.
Has all kinds of clocking ability for whatever your setup is. I have only used it as a passenger drop, but the whole thing can be flipped for driver drop.
It's been a great setup, tons of options on gearing was awesome with both manual and auto trans. Any questions on what it will fit, etc. I can try to help.
