Off-road park in Rockmart, GA??

Over a year ago I noticed conversation and even a Facebook page was made for a new park being built in Rockmart area? Did this fall thru ?

Only thing I could find. And it's 2 years old. Rumors are you can get in if know the land owner. But that was almost a year ago when I was told that

Im from Rockmart... it was a wishful rumor I think.
