So far every piece on the thing was bent, welded, noched, or cut by me. All the way from the chassis to narrowing the rear axle and fliping the knuckles on the front.

I bet the 4.56s will be fine for awhile. These axles(wider version) were in my old buggy and it had a 70 BHP 22r on propane and still got it done with only 4.7s in the case. So about 120 more horse will make up for the different gearing.

yeah thats how I've been feeling about the 4.56's. I am building a buggy here shortly from SN Fab and the guys there told me that the 4.56's just seem a little low for the 4.3. I'm going to be using the 4sp atlas with teh 5.44 which in final ratio should be a little bit lower than the 5.13's using a 4.3 atlas case. The 4 sp also has that 2.0 ratio that I'll use when I need a little more umph and more speed than that way low crawl ratio

lookin' pretty good G-ma....

gonna have to bring that over to matt's when the wetness comes back....

we'll talk about it at goldendale.....we're gonna have to set something up...
