Rhino 700 top end rebuild

My 09 rhino 700 has been smoking more and more the last year. I am planning to do a fresh topend in stock flavor. That way I dont have to get any upgrades to make the fuel injection work right. The question I have is has anyone rebuilt a grizzly, rhino, viking 700 and if so did you go back with stock nickel silicon plating or resleeve the jug? Will resleeving the jug make it less reliable or not last as long?
