That's an s10 pattern 700r4 - np231 (5 bolt 27 spline).

I think a person could swap adapters around and use the the s10 700r4 to 5bolt adapter on a th350 (shaft stickout might be an issue?)
Or get a jeep or dodge 231 6 bolt case and swap the 27 spline input in it... or just use swap the 231J/D front half on this doubler setup and use it however you wanted.

You can not use on a th 350 without changing main out put . That’s what I was going to do .it will fit a 700 or so I have been told. Yes it is passenger drop

there is other options too, none are exactly bolt on though. did a lil internet searching...

You can use a short output (car) 2wd th350 and put a spacer in the adapter and cut down the output to get the right stickout (this is essentially what the 700r4 to th350 swap kits are)
Or use a 4wd th350 (1" stickout) and make a flat plate tcase adapter
Or apparently there is a a rare early 80s th350 that came with a NP208, that the rear is like a 700r4 with 2.75" output stickout
