So I traded for a Bronco and my drive front drive line is low. It has air shock on all 4 corners. So the question is, if I were to use longer top links, would it rotate the axle enough to straighten the driveshaft angle?
Yes but it would affect your castor making for some hunting on hard packed surface.
I'm running 0° castor to keep my yokes from binding. With full hydro I can still go 30ish (estimation) on asphalt.... but hell I'm a crawler not a racer.
It will probably give you positive caster which will make it a little harder to turn but imo it is worth it to save your u-joints.......tons of people do it
I had my axle retubed from driver to pass drop and compensated for the pinion angle by having the knuckles rotated to the caster i wanted. i have 0 caster and can run 70 on asphalt no problem.
