It's been my DD/trail rig for 8 years and has never let me down.
1998 TJ Sport
4.0/5 speed/NP231
Dana 30, 4.56, lockright
Ford Explorer 8.8, 4.56, lockright, discs
Front has long radius arms that I built using 2"x ¼" square tube lowers, 1.5"x ¼" uppers & Trail Gear Creeper Joints (1.25" lowers/1" uppers).
Rears are ProComp short lowers and stock uppers but both have had new bushings installed in the last 2 years.
Quarter Armor with LED tails
Rock Sliders
Riddler rear diff cover
SYE
Tom Woods rear driveshaft
A to Z fab rear bumper with tire carrier
I built the front bumper. 3/16"x 5" rectangle and ¼" plate
Warn XP900i winch
33/12.50/15 Firestone Destination MTs (approx 10k miles on them)
Unit bearings & ball joints replaced last year
Pitman arm & drag link, TPS, water pump & thermostat housing replaced 2 weeks ago
New radiator about 6 months ago.
Spare front and rear axle shafts to go with it too.

It has 273k miles on it but I've been driving it daily 70 miles round trip on the interstate and it drives and runs good at 70-75. It does have a P0300 code for a random misfire that I haven't tracked down yet but it hasn't affected the driving. It has a dent in the hood and both sides of the windshield frame. Driver seat has a cover because it has the typical torn side and it could use new upper doors as the driver zipper is broke. It isn't a beauty queen or a bouncer but it's reliable and capable.

I don't get to wheel anymore and bought something a little more comfortable to drive now. $5500 obo. 205-910-4002 (Birmingham)

These are the only decent pictures I have at the moment and they are before I put the new tires on. I'll get it cleaned up and take some new ones to add.

Re: 1998 TJ Sport $5500

Yep, it's been fun but I just don't have room to keep it on top of my other hobbies.
