Almost forgot to post up, truck made 779hp and 1444 foot lbs of torque. I'll have to upload the graph later!

How well do these motors respond to camshaft changes?

Not like you would hope. With a larger turbo that's lazy normally the cam and porting helps make a broader band of power and some more peak but not like a gasser.
