2 days at GMP

Needs a PS pump upgrade, the $12 junkyard xj pump ain't cutting it. It works, but isn't as good as the 1650 TG pump on my old rig

Finished up my cheap ass u bolt flip.

3" trailer u bolt kit from eBay $14...

Used F150 u bolt plates.

10mm socket head bolt for a new center pin.

The pile of shot I eliminated. I also removed the add a leaf, and added a set of Daystar shackles I picked up on here

Maybe it'll flex better now.

I ran the same rear spring setup on an old 4runner (stock 3rd gen springs and a bit longer shackle) and it worked real well for me.

Sits a little lower also. Gotta shorten my air bump stroke in the front...

I sure like this thing.

Can't wait to see it in person

The next project is mounting up the 12" bar and 2 4.5" round rednecklights that I got on the white Friday special :dblthumb:

Thanks guys, I'm going to do something that looks less shitty with the rear... Eventually

Light power. Upgraded my halogen tractor work lights
The 12" bar is not mounted, didn't want to pull the 4runner out to weld and grind

Threw a couple more tubes at it and shortened the air bump travel to 1.5"

I'm going to put a panel on the rear and some taillights/liscense plate

The chain saw and cooler fit perfect, good thing I relied on blind luck and it all worked out! Didn't even think about it when I put the tubes on...

Looks good. I wish I woulda took a few minutes to check this out at grayrock instead of just dipping out after snagging the belts.

Question bout the kill switch, ever run into any problems with it down there on the frame rail? That is about where I wanted to mount mine, but started thinking it might be a little to close to the tire/ground/**** that would break it.

Thanks,

See the white thing above the kill switch? That's the oil filter, I figure the only way I'd get anything up in there to hit the switch or oil filter would be crashing through a brush pile or something
