....My opinion FWIW, is leave it up to the person in the vehicle to decide on their own if they want to wear a helmet or not if they aren't in a place that requires them. The only person going to the hospital if they end up hurting themselves is the one not wearing the helmet...not you! I personally would probably never wear a helmet in a rzr or quad...however, I would always wear one on a dirt bike.
