Trailer brakes still dragging after I let off the brakes

Here is my scenario. 2003 F250 with a 7-prong trailer plug. That was "T'd" off to a seperate 7-prong plug in the bed for a 5th wheel. Well I am using the 2nd 7-prong plug for my in-bed camper. I think I have it narrowed down to whenever I have my camper plugged in along with my trailer that the brakes stick. They do not stick forever, but for about a minute, and then I can hear them release after I get out of the vehicle.
Is there a problem with having 2 plugs in use at the same time?

Might double check that the wires are the same in both connectors. I ran into this with a friends trailer that he pulled with a GMC. When I hooked my Ford up, the brakes would lock up and not release right away. There were 2 wires that had to be switched.
