Trailing arm bushing material

Axle can move side to side...we are talking about a VERY small amount.
I have 45* total on the upper links but only 5* total on the trailing arms.
Granted I may be getting some movement in the frame 1/4" mounts so I'm looking at that also.
If I have a double triangulated rear I likely wouldn't have a issue. But not feasible with trailing arms in a JK.

When it had a std 3 link rear with a track bar I had 0 rear steer as I had no horizontal axle shifting going on.

I'm very sensitive to handling issues so hence what bothers me most would not notice..if fact everyone that has drove it is amazed on how it drives..my curse.

Have you driven anything else with similar suspension?
It may mostly be the high & flat (maybe positive) roll axis.

Does it have sway bars ?

Bent shock shaft? I wouldn't want the shock to be the limiting factor.
It's a pretty common method to control trailing arm rotation. You're talking about 4 degrees of rotation max in most set ups.

But sounds like this isn't the issue he's trying to address after all.

Yep its not trailing arm rotation.

I have a Currie 1" rear and a TX1 front ultra 4 1.25"

Nope tight as hell.
Having a bud machine me new Delrin bushings except with a sleeve this time.
Just got a set of 40" Nitto's TG KOH's..can't wait to try them out and see how they compare to the street versions.
