Just kind of curious to see if anyone is interested. 96 Turbo’d Cherokee clean title. 10k Raleigh Illinois

Hp Dana 44 front, grizzley locker, chromoly shafts, 5.13 gears, hydro assist

Ford 9” rear with spool and 5.13 gears

38” swampers with around 80 percent tread on diy beadlocks

Rustys 8.5 long arm with transfer case skid and sye

Frame stiffners, tree kickers, front and rear bumpers, cage on the inside (it’s tight), led headlights, head was redone last spring with new lifters, water pump, radiator, condenser, Durango alternator. At that time I rebuilt the front end as well.

Heat works, ac works, drives decent down the road but isn’t a Cadillac. I drive it around here and when I need it otherwise i only wheel it I’ve had it for about 2 years.

This winter it got a turbo, 36lb injectors, gm 2 bar map and I tuned it on 10lb. I converted the mech fan to a Ford Taurus single fan all plumbed into the factory wiring and fan speeds adjusted with hp tuners. Override switch in the cab.

Winch doesn’t go with it. I do have another set of white doors. I ended up hitting both driver front and rear doors on our New Year’s Day wheeling adventure.

good excuse to replace the leaky exhaust
I've already got a header sitting here. Just too lazy to pull the intake manifold and everything else off just to swap it. That's a lot of work to fix the ole tractor

It’s an eBay t3 turbo that I’ve tuned on 10lb. Injectors are 36lb out of a Grand Prix gtp. 340lph fuel pump inside the stock housing. Fuel gauge is a little off as the pump was slightly longer and had to bend the housing a bit to set it at a bit of an angle. there’s a innovate lc-2 wideband wired in that I’ll leave with the jeep. I’ve got a set of arp head studs laying here too. My plan was to increase the boost and go bigger injectors and retune it on e85 with meth injection.

Auto trans that my buddy had rebuilt right before I bought it from him about 2.5 years ago. Just a stock rebuild. Np231 with sye.

I’ve got plenty more pictures and videos of anyone is interested. I just didn’t post a bunch of photos in the initial ad. Kind of time consuming to do so on here.

I'm sure the other members form here would enjoy turbo noises from an XJ, so throw them up here whenever you have time.

To be honest I have no idea. Lol. I did everything myself. I’m familiar with working my way around hp tuners so it’s just been street tuned to get afrs where they need to be. I live in a small town, I’m sure there’s gains to be made but it runs good ‍♂️

You don’t have to pull the intake to change header. It’s a pretty easy job actually

You sure? I’ve not done it yet, but I saw where they share a gasket and bolts.
As I remember doing it.... they share the same bolts/stud but some are a stud and that supports the intake and ya just remove the header and gasket and just slip the new in and tighten it all up. Been about 6 years or so since I did one but I think I’m close
