Well I called Warn up; I am told I don't have enough preload on the spring to push the cup to engage the dogs.

To get to the spring you need to take the whole thing apart.

Just take it apart one piece at a time. There is not many parts in there.

I have had several winches apart, just pop it apart slowly.

You can also get exploded diagrams from Warn if needed.

the 9.5ti diagram pdf is not working on the warn site :booo: Have you had a 9.5ti apart? there are lots of parts and pieces that fall out every where and you need 6 hands to put it all back in :; but the warn tech gave me some hints to help me out.
