Bead roller. They make a special small one just for that.

I've welded a bead around one before I was just curious of it might be a cheap simple thing I could pickup.

Thanks. I was thinking about getting that jegs one or one similar on ebay
Or just buy that piece with each end flared for 5 bucks, cut it in half and weld it to the pieces im working with
