Your right to ride on public lands is being attacked every legislative session. WOHVA is the organization fighting for your rights! Our Annual Membership Meeting is open to anyone...come find out what we've been up to and what we have planned for the future!

We have some great speakers lined up for the meeting...you won't want to miss it!

• James Schroeder and Lara Gricar, from The Nature Conservancy, will be on hand to discuss their recent land purchases in WA State and how motorized use fits into those landscapes.

The land above Roslyn are groomed snowmobile trails in the wintertime. If they close that area, it will kill most of the tourism and recreational cabin usage.

I'll be there. My plan is to trailer close, then offload and drive my rig there.

:awesomework:

Thanks Tony, but my morning is pretty busy. I need to grab a couple items at the store and then pick up a giant pot of Anthem Coffee in Puyallup at 815am. I was planning to survive on coffee until the catered lunch shows up at 1130am.

:eeek:

Meeting was good. Glad to see some old friends, and some folks whom have forgotten who I was.

For those whom don't pay attention to the politics of our hobby, one good thing that came to light was that The Nature Conservancy was there, and they bought 40,000 acres of land last December, which is primarily in areas that are around Naches, Cle Elum areas. Their recommendation to their Board of Directors is beneficial to Four Wheelers, and Motorcycle Rider groups, wherein they are advocating to keep all the currently open areas and trails open for future use. This is especially relevant to Wheelers, as the historic Naches Trail, from Greenwater to Naches now crosses two parcels of TNC land.
