WTB Mini Excavator

Looking for a good used mini-x for sale, my max. price range is in the mid $20K's. Would also consider a cash plus assume payments deal , not looking for any machines under lease.

I'd like something in the 7,500-10,000 lbs. class of machines , the only feature that I'm adamant about is it needs to have a hyd. thumb or have provisions for one. I don't care about a cab or if it has climate control and ZTS isn't important but good tracks and a good straight backfill blade are.
