KOH Tacoma

Vision X LED bar, avaiable in 6", 8", 12", 22", 32", 42" lengths, 2.75x3"
2-16 amps draw depending on size, 8-80 3watt LED's depending on size, and $279-$1675 depending on length
The one shown is a 22" version

Does it give an output power comparable to standard lights? Like 55W, 100W, etc...?

The spec sheet didn't so I called them and this is what I got:
The Lumen output is greatly effected by the quality of bulb and reflector used, but on the higher end of lights (Lightforce) figure that a 100 watt light will be about 15-20 lumens, lower end lights can be far less.
The 22" led bar is rated at 7200 lumens at 8 amps draw, so 7200 lumens/15 = 480 watts of output, or 360 depending on what you divide it by.

That means you don't want to be in front of my truck! That thing looks bad Pat! Can't wait to get out there. Inner axles are ready, stubs shipped we are gettin it for sure.
