Is it really worth it to have a work party on rhino land? What are the chances of that trail getting closed just a few months down the road? There are a few creek crossings correct?

Because--its a mess right now and with the current closures the area is going to get worse/more use. If it does fall into the area thats going to stay--the possablity of it being closed because its a mess grows..

Some of us haven't given up johnathen...

Did you read my post gabe? Re-read it...

ok gotcha!!!:awesomework:

So...by the time there done with all the closures, Whats gunna be open? The first pit?:haha: oh ya..thats getting taken away to by the rock quarry owners:rolleyes:

Who knows--but lets not bring that up here--other threads on the forum for that.

thanks gabe and I will talk to horus tommorow at the wrok party about your dog thing.

I don't believe Jonathon was "giving up", he was merely pointing out that we, the ORV users, do not know which trails will be left open after the planning committe report is released and further actions are takin by the DNR.

Has there been any inpt from the DNR as to where volunteer hours would best be spent?

ok..this has to do with "Work" being done at Reiter..

Yesturday around 3pm when all the "buggy" crew was gathering..a machine operator was driving around in circles moving the gravel pile around..

for what?

NOTHING!!!! just wasting our Valuable NOVA money!! What we have left of it!!!

Seriously!! we should beable to police this some how!!

There was NO FAWKING point in it!!! That machinery should be parked till its needed!! not for a damn training practice day! on OUR dime!!!

And I have to agree on the point of "what" trails may be or not there. We just simply don't know

As for volunteer hours--nothing has been said about changing our current course. But I would assume here in the coming months we will get some more input on that. I think we are still a mnoth or so from getting some "info" so to speak.....

In any case lets keep this thread on topic.

thank you...
