It can, but the results will be far from what you see on AL beadlocks like TR, WE, Raceline, etc. The quality is not the same, i won't waste my time. The steel will come out nice though.

What about aluminum inners and steel outers?

I like that idea, something thin between the wheel and the steel outer. Could even get creative with the holes in the steel ring with the aluminum showing thru them.

Clark, now that you sparked my interest in this, we will definately have to finger this one out when Im at your shop.

What Im getting at is i need aluminum inners for my wheels......can you do it?

It's possible, but i don't have the material, so however much a 4x4 sheet would be. Plus my cutting costs. Since you have to remove the tires anyways, you should get some steel wheels, weld them up, then swap tires.

Do you also have a TIG welder? And AL rod? Do you know anyone who can weld 200 or so inches of airtight AL TIG?

If you want AL inners, go to TR. If you want steel talk to me.:awesomework:

I know who can weld it...... But nevermind Mr. Testy.

I'm just saying, it's more work for everyone, and i can't do as good a job as TR. If you insist, i can make you some, hell i have a tig you can use too.

Well i have the wheels and Dan can weld them up for me. Im kind thinking that the route i want to go. If you will do it ill go get the plate.:awesomework:
