Thanks, that part of it is 500 sq ft. Full disclosure the floor is pretty new. I've managed to keep it clean with a mop and if needed a pressure washer. Yes sir, in the back of that pic (you can't really see) is a single bay with a lift and a concrete floor, that's where the real work...

Man I'd love to hit RC and the secret spot with you all. i haven't been yet to RC yet. I'll be taking my new to me buggy on it's maiden voyage to the Big Dogs event this weekend. I usually stay at Camp 4 with the 4 Wheel to Heal organization.

I'm moved to VA from Colorado, this "off road park" **** is a new concept to me. I've been to the Big Dogs events at the Cove in VA, I've been to Swiss Mt. WV. Done most everything worth doing in Colorado and try to hit Moab once a year. I hope so meet some of you at some events this...
