its brand new my other had a chunk out of it so just unplug it and put it back

It was just running and now no fire to my plugs, I have replaced everything, checked my PCM on another jeep and it fired and ran, the a7 pin in my harness for my ignition coil shows a 10.7 to 11.3 volts then drops to .7/.5 volts used my meter to check for resistance in that wire and got 000 or...

put my pcm on another jeep and its good how much or just the harness shipped
