1uzfe Transmission Options

So I have a 1uz out of an ls400 that I got with no transmission to swap into my 3rd gen yota, the original plan was to mate it to my r151f but I’m now looking at options to make it an auto. So thinking of an A340f out of an 2000 tundra, should bolt up to the block and allow for an adapter to an atlas. The only thing I’m trying to figure out the logistics of is how the electronic shift model works and whether I can make something “stand alone†to shift through the gears or if it would work hooked to the 1uz ecu?
