Transfer case- runs great

My guess is the motor is locked up...

LOL yep that's it just the motor! It had a rattle in it I thought it was a lifter so I replaced all lifters and rattle didn't go away!! It was running great other than the rattle and it just locked up!! Don't know exactly what happened!!
